Pre-School and Transitional Kindergarten

St. Helena’s Preschool program is for children who are 18 month to 2 years old. All preschool classes have small class sizes and low student/teacher ratios. Classes are grouped by developmental milestones rather than by age. Our older children are taught by certified teachers. Five year old children, and children who missed the kindergarten cut off by only a few months are placed in a transitional kindergarten class.

Pre-k is Monday – Thursday from 8:30-3:00,
or Monday – Friday from 8:30-3:00.

Please contact us for more information.

Field Trips for Learning

All our learning is done through exploration, field trips, special visitors, experimentation, and play. Children experience learning through art, music, cooking, gardening, movement, and Bible study. Children enjoy visits to the library and Joshua Springs Park, and daily chapel.
